Minutes of the Planning Committee Meeting of 12^th August 2008 held at 7.30 pm. in the Reading Room Buxted.

Appointment of Chairman: In the absence of the Councillor Sheard, it was resolved that Councillor Coxon would reside as Chairman for the duration of the meeting.

Apologies: Apologies were received and accepted from Cllrs. Crowe and Sheard

Minutes: The minutes of the meeting of 29^th July 2008 were approved and signed as a correct record by the Chairman.

The Council objects to this application.  The proposal as re-submitted would still be an overdevelopment on this site and would not be in keeping with the character and style of the neighbouring properties.  The current house proposal is still too large for this site.  The Council would stress however, the importance of maintaining off road parking in association with any development of this site.
